UltraTech Cement Limited board recommends dividend of Rs. 37

The Board of Directors of UltraTech Cement Limited ("the Board") at its meeting held on Friday, 7th May, 2021, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 37/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
