Sutlej Textiles & Industries Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.30

The Board of Directors of Sutlej Textiles & Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 07, 2021, have considered and recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.30 (30%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders shall be paid within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the ensuing 16th AGM.
