Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd board approves NCD issue

The Board of Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd at its meeting held on May 07, 2021, has approved the issue of Non-convertible Debentures upto an amount not exceeding Rs. 1000 crore by way of private placement during a period of one year.
