Jost's Engineering Company Ltd board fixes May 21, 2021 as record date for stock split

The Board of Directors of Jost's Engineering Company Ltd has fixed Friday, 21 May, 2021 as the record date for ascertaining the names of the shareholders entitled to receive the sub-divided shares.

The board had earlier approved the sub-division of the face value of Equity Shares of the Company from the existing face value of Rs. 10/- each to face value of Rs. 5/- each.
