Century Textiles & Industries Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Century Textiles & Industries Ltd at its meeting held on May 06, 2021, has Recommended a dividend of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) per share of Rs.10/- each equivalent to 10% (Ten percent) on paid up equity share capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021 as against 30% paid for the previous year. The dividend will be subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
