Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd at its meeting held today, have recommended dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share (30%) for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
