Coforge Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 13 for FY21

The board of directors of Coforge Ltd at its meeting held today, has declared interim dividend of Rs. 13/- (Rupees Thirteen only) per equity share of the company with face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up, for the financial year 2020-21.

The board has fixed May 19, 2021 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend.

The payment of interim dividend / dispatch of dividend warrants would be done within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend.

Shares of Coforge Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2892.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2848.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7250 in over 993 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2905 and intraday low of 2837. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20825557.
