Gillette India Ltd Board declares Special Interim Dividend of Rs. 50

The Board of Directors of Gillette India Ltd at its meeting held on May 05, 2021, have declared a Special Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 of Rs. 50 per Equity Share (Face Value of Rs. 10/- each).

The record date for the purpose of eligibility for payment of said dividend shall be Friday, May 14, 2021. The said dividend shall be paid between May 25, 2021 to June 02, 2021.

Shares of GILLETTE INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.5452.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5489.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 241 in over 120 trades.
