Apollo Tyres Ltd Board to consider FY21 Results & Dividend on May 12, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Apollo Tyres Ltd will be held on May 12, 2021, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2021.

The board will recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021 and seek the shareholders approval in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for issue of Non-Convertible Debentures(NCDs) through Private Placement within the borrowing limits approved by members under Section 180 (c) of the Companies Act, 2013.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from April 1, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financials results i.e. up to May 14, 2021 (both days inclusive).
