Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd Board declares Special Interim Dividend of Rs. 150

The Board of Directors of Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd at its meeting held on May 04, 2021, have declared a Special Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 of Rs. 150 per Equity Share (Face Value of Rs. 10/- each).

The record date for the purpose of eligibility for payment of said Interim Dividend shall be Wednesday, May 12, 2021. The said dividend shall be paid between May 25, 2021 to June 2, 2021.
