Greaves Cotton Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.2

The Board of Directors of Greaves Cotton Limited, at its Meeting held today has, recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.2 per share (10%) of the face value of Rs. 2 each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid/dispatched on or after fourth day from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
