Adani Total Gas Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of Adani Total Gas Ltd at its meeting held on May 04, 2021, has recommended Dividend of Re. 0.25/- per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2020-21, subject to approval by shareholders of the Company.

The Company will announce in due course the date on which the Company will hold AGM for the year ended 31st March, 2021 and the date from which dividend will be paid or warrants thereof will be dispatched to the shareholders.

Shares of Adani Total Gas Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1252.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1238.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 243425 in over 12316 trades.
