Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 6 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited at its meeting held on May 04, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs.6/- (60%) per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Dividend for the financial year ended 31.03.2021, if any, declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration.
