Manappuram Finance Ltd board to announce Q4, FY21 results on May 18, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Ltd will be held on Tuesday, May 18,2021, at the Registered office of the Company through video conferencing to consider and approve the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2021 and declaration of Interim Dividend.

The Trading Window of the Company, had already been closed w.e.f. April 01, 2021 shall re-open after 48 hours after the declaration of said Financial Results.
