L&T Technology Services Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 14.50

The Board of Directors of L&T Technology Services Ltd at their meeting held today, have recommended a final dividend of 725% i.e. Rs. 14.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs 2.00/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company, which if approved, shall be paid / dispatched within thirty days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The date of book closure for the purpose of final dividend shall be intimated later.

Shares of L&T Technology Services Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2798 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2730.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36012 in over 3831 trades.
