JK Agri Genetics Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1.5

The Board of directors of JK Agri Genetics Ltd at its Meeting held today, which commenced at 2:15 P.M. and concluded at 5.15 P.M. have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.5 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (15%). The said dividend if declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited/dispatched within three weeks of the said meeting.

Shares of JK Agri Genetics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.637.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 615.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2397 in over 234 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 647 and intraday low of 602. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1504796.
