KEC International Ltd board to approve Q4FY21 results, dividend on May 11, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of KEC International Ltd is scheduled on 11/05/2021, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021 and recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.
