Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.90

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2021, have recommended dividend of Rs. 0.90 paise per Equity Share of face value Rs. 5/- each, out of the net profits for the year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the Members of the Bank at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
