Shree Ganesh Remedies Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.75

The Board of Directors of Shree Ganesh Remedies Ltd at its meeting held on May 03, 2021, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.75/ - (Rupee One and Paisa Seventy Five Only) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
