Varun Beverages Ltd board approves 1:2 Bonus Issue

The Board of Directors of Varun Beverages Ltd at their meeting held today (started at 11:00 A.M. and concluded at 11:30 A.M.) considered, approved and recommended the Bonus Issue of Equity Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 2 (Two) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each held by the shareholders of the Company as on the record date, subject to the approval of shareholders through Postal Ballot i.e. in compliance with the applicable laws.

Shares of Varun Beverages Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.951.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 937.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26654 in over 2052 trades.
