Somany Ceramics Limited invests Rs. 14 lakhs in Somany Piastrelle Private Limited

The Board of Directors of Somany Ceramics Limited at their meeting held on Wednesday, 17th March, 2021, had approved the investment upto an amount not exceeding Rs.90.00 Crores in one or more tranches, in M/s Somany Piastrelle Private Limited, by way of combination of subscription of equity shares and inter corporate loan as and when required.

Out of the approved investment of Rs.90.00 Crores, the Board has invested Rs.14,00,000/- in M/s Somany Piastrelle Private Limited towards the acquisition of equity shares by way of right issue.

Shares of SOMANY CERAMICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.422.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 420.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 871 in over 99 trades.
