Shriram City Union Finance Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 13

The Board of Directors of Shriram City Union Finance Ltd at their meeting held today have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 13 (i.e. 130%) per equity share of Rs. 10 each subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
