Bilpower CoD Meeting on Oct 14, 2006 to convert 600000 warrants

Bilpower Ltd has announced that a Meeting of the Members of Committee for Conversion of Warrants into Equity Shares (Constituted by the Board of Directors) (CoD) of the Company will be held on October 14, 2006, inter alia, to convert 6,00,000 warrants into equity shares as per the SEBI (DIP) Guidelines 2000 and subsequent amendments thereof and any other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
