Dalmia Bharat Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 1.33

The Board of Directors of Dalmia Bharat Ltd at its meeting held on April 29, 2021, have recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.33/- (66.50%) per equity share for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021. The dividend, upon approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid to eligible shareholders.
