Zensar Technologies Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 2.40

The board of directors of Zensar Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today have approved the recommendation of final dividend at INR 2.40 (120%) per equity share of INR 2.00 each, for FY 2020-21, subject to approval of the same by Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of ZENSAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.267.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 269.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26775 in over 889 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 275 and intraday low of 261.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7171992.
