Persistent Systems Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of directors of Persistent Systems Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of INR 6 (Six) per Equity Share INR 10 each for Financial Year 2020-21. This Final Dividend is subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting which will be held on or before September 30, 2021. The Book Closure and Record date for the purpose of payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21 will be determined later.
