Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd at its Meeting held on April 29, 2021, has, considered and approved the recommendation of Final Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 at the rate of Rs. 5.00/- per Equity Share of the face value of Re. 1/- each, out of the profits. The dividend, if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
