Aptech Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of Aptech Ltd at its meeting held on April 29, 2021, has considered and approved the declaration of Interim Dividend @ 22.5 % i.e., Rs. 2.25/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year 2020-21. Further, the Board of Directors do not intend to recommend any final Dividend.
