Mahindra Logistics Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Logistics Limited ("the Company"), at their Meeting held today viz. Thursday, 29 April 2021, has approved the recommendation of a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (25%) for the financial year ended 31 March 2021. The dividend payout is subject to the Members' approval at the forthcoming 14th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of payment of dividend, if approved by Members at the AGM, from Wednesday, 21 July 2021 to Tuesday, 27 July 2021 (both days inclusive).

Shares of Mahindra Logistics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.552.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 552. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30278 in over 1689 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 585 and intraday low of 537.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17032233.
