IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 15 for FY21

The Board of Directors of IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd at its meeting held on April 29, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 15/- per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. The dividend will be paid on the 5th working day from the date of declaration of the final dividend by the shareholders.

Shares of IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 8794.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8720.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22,252 shares and the deliverable quantity was 8,416 shares.
