Allsec Technologies Ltd board declares interim dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of Allsec Technologies Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. April 29, 2021 has declared an Interim Dividend at Rs. 15/- per share for the financial year 2020-21. The Record Date for the purpose of payment of the Interim Dividend will be on Friday, May 7, 2021. The Interim Dividend will be paid to the registered shareholders as on the Record Date on or after May 14, 2021 through Electronic mode or by dividend warrants, as applicable.
