Hindustan Unilever Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 17

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Unilever Ltd at its meeting held on April 29, 2021, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 17.00 per share of face value of Re. 1/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. Together with the interim dividend of Rs. 14.00 per share paid on November 12, 2020, the total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 amounts to Rs. 31.00 per share of face value of Re. 1/- each. During the year, special dividend of Rs. 9.50 per share was also paid on August 17, 2020. Payment of final dividend is subject to approval of shareholders.
