Route Mobile Ltd board to announce Q4, FY21 results, dividend on May 18, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Route Mobile Ltd is scheduled on 18/05/2021, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter & financial year ended on March 31, 2021 and take on record the Auditors' Report on Standalone and Consolidated Financials.

The board will recommend a final dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, if any, for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
