Coforge Ltd Board to consider FY21 results & Interim Dividend on May 06, 2021

A meeting of Board of Directors of Coforge Ltd is scheduled on May 06, 2021, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Annual Accounts and Financial Results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2021 (both Standalone and Consolidated) along with Auditors Report thereon and other matters, if any.
