Nelco Ltd Board approves dividend of Rs. 1.20

The Board of Directors of Nelco Ltd have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1.20/- per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each (12%) for the Financial Year 2020-21 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
