Wockhardt Limited allots 7,500 NCDs, raises Rs. 75 crore

The Credit Facilities Committee of the Board of Directors of Wockhardt Limited, at its meeting held today i.e. 28th April, 2021, allotted 7,500 Nos. of Rated, Unlisted, Secured Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each for an aggregate value of Rs. 75 crore (Rupees Seventy Five Crore only) (Tranche I) to Centrum Credit Opportunities Trust on private placement basis on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the debenture trust deed dated 27th April 2021 and other transaction documents.

Shares of WOCKHARDT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.509.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 513.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 79584 in over 2646 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 525.95 and intraday low of 508.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 41132590.
