Adani Enterprises Ltd Board to consider FY21 results & Dividend on May 05, 2021

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Adani Enterprises Ltd will be held on May 05, 2021 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2021.

The Board of Directors at the said meeting will also consider proposal to renew enabling limit for raising funds by issue of Equity Shares / Convertible Bonds through Qualified Institutional Placement [QIP] / GDR / ADR / FCCBs / FCEBs / Convertible Securities.

The board will also recommend dividend, if any on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Trading Window Closure Period will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 05, 2021.
