Maharashtra Scooters Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 50 for FY21

The Board of Directors of Maharashtra Scooters Ltd at its meeting held today, i.e. 28 April 2021 have recommended a dividend at the rate of Rs. 50 per share (500%) of face value of Rs. 10 each on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2021. The said dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/dispatched on 26 July 2021 and/or 27 July 2021.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 10 July 2021 to Wednesday, 21 July 2021 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of payment of Dividend and for Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Shares of MAHARASHTRA SCOOTERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3600 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3469.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2322 in over 783 trades.
