LKP Securities Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of LKP Securities Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. April 27, 2021 has approved and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.20 (i.e. 10%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
