JTL Infra Ltd Board recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of JTL Infra Ltd at its meeting held on April 27, 2021, has recommended a dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share of Rs.10 each (20%) for the financial year 2020-21, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
