Tech Mahindra Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 30

The Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd have recommended a Final dividend of Rs.30/- per share (including Special Dividend of Rs.15/- per share) on par value of Rs.5/- (600%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject to approval by the members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Special and Final dividend, if approved, will be paid by 11th August, 2021. This dividend is in addition to Special Dividend of Rs.15/- per share paid as interim dividend in & the total dividend for FY 2021 will be Rs.45/- per share on par value of Rs.5/- (900%).

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.963.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 950.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 165614 in over 7230 trades.
