Escorts Ltd board to approve FY21 results, dividend on May 14, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Escorts Ltd is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 14, 2021, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

The board will consider and recommend, payment of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.
