NCL Industries Ltd Board to consider 2nd interim dividend, Q4, FY21 results on May 3, 2021

A meeting of Board of Directors of NCL Industries Ltd will be held on May 03, 2021, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth Quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021.

The board will also consider the proposal to declare Second Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21.

The Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2021 until 48 hours after the results are made public.
