JK Agri Genetics Ltd board to approve Q4, FY21 results, dividend on May 3, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of JK Agri Genetics Ltd is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 3rd May 2021, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2021.

The board will consider recommendation of Dividend on the Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the said financial year.
