HCL Technologies Ltd board declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 6, special interim dividend of Rs. 10

The Board of Directors has declared 1st Interim Dividend of Rs.6/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each and a Special interim dividend of Rs.10/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each for FY 2021-22. The Special Interim Dividend has been declared by the Board in recognition of the Company's recent milestone, crossing the $10 Billion mark in Revenue during FY'21.

The total interim dividend of Rs. 16/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each will be paid on May 19, 2021 to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories, determined with reference to the Record Date of May 1, 2021, already announced for the purpose.

Shares of HCL TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.955.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 961.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 194859 in over 6726 trades.
