A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & financial year ended March 31, 2021.

The board will consider recommendation of Final Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2020-21.
