Filatex India Ltd board recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.40

The Board of directors of Filatex India Ltd (NSE: FILATEX; BSE: 526227) at its meeting held today has recommended a final dividend of 20% at Rs. 0.40 per Equity Share for the financial year 2020-21 subject to approval of the Members of the Company in the next Annual General Meeting.

Shares of FILATEX INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.73.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 71.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 75798 in over 605 trades.
