Rossari Biotech Limited allots 30,12,046 Equity Shares at Rs. 996 per share

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. April 21, 2021, has approved the allotment of 30,12,046 Equity Shares at a price of ₹ 996/- per Equity Share aggregating to ₹ 2,99,99,97,816 (Rupees Two Hundred and Ninety Nine Crores Ninety Nine Lakhs Ninety Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixteen) on a preferential basis to below investor:


SBI Mutual Fund through its Scheme - SBI Flexicap Fund (Non-Promoter) - 5,02,008 shares
SBI Mutual Fund through its Scheme - SBI Small Cap Fund (Non-Promoter) - 5,02,008 shares
Mr. Ramesh Siyani (Non-Promoter) - 4,51,807 shares
Mr. Arpit Khandelwal (Non-Promoter) - 4,51,807 shares
Malabar Select Fund (Non-Promoter) - 3,91,566 shares
Malabar India Fund Limited (Non-Promoter) - 2,71,084 shares
Malabar Value Fund (Non-Promoter) - 90,361 shares
India Acorn Fund Ltd. (Non-Promoter) - 3,51,405 shares

Pursuant to allotment of aforesaid Equity Shares, the paid-up Equity Share Capital stands increased from Rs. 10,38,58,780 to Rs.10,98,82,872.

The equity shares allotted by the Company to these investors shall be listed on the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The equity shares allotted to the investors shall be locked in for a period as specified under Chapter V of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as applicable.
