Mastek Ltd board to consider final dividend, FY21 results on April 28, 2021

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Mastek Ltd is scheduled on 28/04/2021, to consider and approve the Consolidated and Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2021 together with the Auditors Reports thereon.
