ICICI Securities board recommends final dividend of Rs. 13.50

The Board of Directors of ICICI Securities Ltd at its Meeting held today i.e. April 21, 2021, has approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 13.50 (Rupees Thirteen and Fifty Paise only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the Shareholders of the Company which shall be subject to their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The final dividend will be paid to the Shareholders within 30 days from the declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of ICICI Securities Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.424.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 410.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 117432 in over 3519 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 428.75 and intraday low of 413.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 49658516.
